The Terzo Piano Restaurant, located inside of The Art Institute of Chicago choose the Mathilda chair, designed by Patricia Urquiola,for its dining room. The versatile chair, which presents itself with a simple design that can be customized trough the extensive finishes available,has been used in several hospitality and contract projects.
Mathilda is a modern representation of architectural design. The simple concept of using two trestles as the main structure of the chair conveys solidity while supporting the seat and backrest. A combination of simple elements and intricate details define this collection.
