Elena Sanguankeo
Elena Sanguankeo is a textile designer Born in 1982 in Bangkok, from Italian mother and Thai father.
At 18 years old she decides to move to Italy for her education and graduates from the Accademia di Costume e Moda (Costume and Fashion Academy) in Rome specializing in prints and textiles.
In her atelier, she creates different collections of fabrics, scarves and limited-edition textiles. Her never-ending exploration of different techniques, materials, shapes and colours, follows a path marked by creative discovery, which offers inspiration to large, international fashion companies like Christian Dior, Mantero Seta, Carmina Campus by Ilaria Venturini Fendi, Woolmark and Pitti Immagine.
For Moroso she created a collection of 7 throws called, in fact, 7 Playds.
