On January 15, 2015, the global premier top furniture brand Moroso made its official debut at Domus Tiandi showroom located in Jinbao Place, in Beijing. Domus Tiandi is a leader retailer in Chinese market with its 3.000 sq.m. space in Beijing. It is a real meeting point for all the design passionate.
To celebrate this new partnership, Moroso realized a special set-up, highlighting a 200 sq.m. space within the Beijing showroom, completely dedicated to the brand. This set-up hosted a products selection, made ad hoc for Domus Tiandi and on sale in its showroom, including some of its most appreciated and particular pieces.
On the occasion of the grand opening ceremony, Moroso also joined hands with the Fashion Chinese Magazine Cosmopolitan, under the theme “MOROSOcial, Culture and Cultural Communication”. In fact, the brand launched this annual program of talks and events during an exclusive evening hosted by Domus Tiandi on the 15th of January. The project aim to create a crossfire between the Italian design and the Chinese culture. For this first event three high level personalities have been involved: the China’s top singer and diva Na Ying, the fashion writer Wang Xiao (also known as Wendy Wang) and the artist Xu Lei.
Between the activities related to the main project, in the same day of the launch, Patrizia Moroso has been the guest of honor during a panel discussion on the topic “Creation out of the cultural connection”, hosted by Domus Tiandi.
