Moroso among the protagonists of the new Mobilia showroom in Sydney
Moroso is pleased to announce its presence in the new Mobilia Flagship Showroom, recently inaugurated in Sydney. Covering over 1,200 square meters across two levels, the new space stands as a showcase of international design excellence and a reference point for architects, interior designers, and design enthusiasts.
Located at 25 Bourke Road, in the heart of the creative district of Alexandria, the showroom is part of the prestigious Bourke and Bowden project, designed by John Wardle Architects and Flack Studio. The interiors, created by the GOLDEN studio, are conceived to offer flexible, welcoming spaces that highlight the unique identity of each brand.
“We searched extensively for the perfect location for our Sydney flagship showroom,” says Salvatore Fazzari, founder of Mobilia. “When we found this space, it immediately felt tailor-made for us, thanks to the extraordinary architecture and the thoughtfully curated communal areas.”
Moroso’s presence in the new showroom reflects Mobilia’s commitment to selecting brands capable of telling stories through design. A focus rooted in personal and family passion: “I grew up immersed in design and craftsmanship, watching my father work in his workshop,” recalls Fazzari. “Today, we work with the brands we love, those that represent the best of creativity and quality.”
In this context of excellence, Moroso stands out with its unique and innovative approach to design. The collections on display, created by internationally renowned designers such as Patricia Urquiola, Nendo, Doshi Levien, and Ron Arad, offer bold, multicultural, and visionary interpretations, turning every space into a story.
“Design is storytelling, and at Moroso, we’ve always told stories that are vibrant, daring, and different,” said Patrizia Moroso. “Mobilia’s Sydney space is more than a showroom: it’s a stage for creativity. We’re honoured to share our voice in this new chapter of Australian design.”
The selection of brands like Moroso also reflects Mobilia’s mission: to create spaces where design can be experienced without barriers. “We are deeply passionate about design and want to make it accessible,” Fazzari emphasizes. “High-end showrooms can sometimes feel intimidating, but we wanted a place where people could feel welcome and experience the beauty of design up close.”
Alongside Moroso, the new showroom also features iconic brands such as Cassina, Poltrona Frau, Kettal, and CC-Tapis, offering an immersive journey through the finest examples of contemporary indoor and outdoor furniture, lighting, and designer rugs.
