Moroso’s first Diesel Living branded real-estate project

Diesel Living is taking a significant step into the property market by announcing its first residential building in the futuristic pedestrian area of Wynwood, one of the most dynamic districts in Miami.
Moroso – just like the other brands that produce the Diesel Living collection – will be involved in this ambitious project through its products and manufacturing capability, able to cater even for large volume requirements whilst maintaining the high quality standards for which the brand has always been renowned.
The DIESEL building – which will include 143 residential units, as well as around 2200 square metres of prime retail space at street level – has been designed by Zyschovich Architects and developed by Bel Invest Group, an international real-estate development company with offices in Miami, Berlin, Barcelona and Vicenza.
Further details about the project will be revealed at the official event to launch pre-sales to be held during the first four months of 2019.
