Orticolario

From October 3 – 5, Moroso was present with its products at Orticolario, a gardening and outdoor life show appropriately set in the scenographic location of Villa Erba in Cernobbio on the shore of Lake Como.
In the area dedicated to DOVE magazine (Rcs), a new element in Moroso’s M’Afrique Collection – chairs and tables in the Banjooli Collection designed by Sebastian Herkner – was expressly selected for the installation. With curving lines inspired by the mating dance of East African ostriches, the beating of wings creating protruding forms transferred to the chair’s silhouette, and fish line in an intriguing two-tone pattern entwined around the steel support structure, Banjooli is made by hand in Senegal and each piece is unique.
