Architecture: Designed as the flagship residence of the Caja development on the Turkish Riviera, the Model House is a study in balance — between openness and intimacy, nature and architecture, softness and structure. A muted palette of natural materials, fluid transitions, and sculptural furniture pieces defines a space that feels both grounded and quietly luxurious. Moroso’s Shadowy, Husk, and Gogan collections add rhythm and depth through bold forms and rich textures. Istanbul-based designer Noyan Berkman brings a distinctive sensitivity to the project. Known for his emotionally resonant interiors, he approaches each space as a lived experience — intuitive, elegant, and enduring. His work here reflects a precise harmony of function and feeling, where every detail supports a sense of calm, cohesion, and timeless presence.
