Moroso at MuseoCity 2026: Art, Design and Archives in Dialogue in Milan

From February 6 to March 15, 2026, on the occasion of MuseoCity, Moroso participates in the Musei in Vetrina project by opening the Flagship Store at Via Pontaccio 8 to an exhibition that weaves together art, design and contemporary archival memory.

Within the city-wide cultural programme, the storefront and interior spaces become a site of connection — between project and public, form and meaning — highlighting the importance of intersections across disciplines. For Moroso, this engagement reaffirms the value of dialogue between art and design, fostering new readings of material, perception and cultural history.

As part of this exhibition project, the Flagship Store hosts the Archivi del Contemporaneo network — founded in 2019 and led by the Museo MA*GA of Gallarate — together with three partner institutions: the [MAP] Museo di Arte Plastica, the Associazione Il Borgo di Lucio Fontana and the Fondazione Giancarlo Sangregorio. Through archival materials, works and testimonies centred on Enrico Baj, Lucio Fontana and Giancarlo Sangregorio, they create a collective narrative where memory, experimentation and creative practice intersect

The Via Pontaccio Flagship Store thus confirms its role as a permanent cultural venue, open to dialogue among architecture, visual arts and contemporary design. This vision is further enriched by the presence of works by Nanda Vigo, whose research into light and perception transcends disciplinary boundaries and invites new ways of experiencing space and material.

During MuseoCity, Via Pontaccio also hosts Corrispondenze, a series of conversations bringing together diverse sensibilities. Registration is available directly on the Flagship Store website.

Through its participation in MuseoCity, involvement in Musei in Vetrina and collaboration with Archivi del Contemporaneo, Moroso reasserts its commitment to contributing actively to Milan’s cultural fabric, transforming its Flagship Store into a space of exchange, cross-pollination and cultural narrative.
